If you prefer not to navigate the web site and/or process your payment through Paypal - just give me a call (480.607.2711) and I will be happy to process your credit card payment through my bank credit card system. Arizona is the only state that does not adjust their clocks for Daylight Saving Time - so we are always 2-3 hours earlier than the East Coast depending on Standard Time or Daylight Savings Time.
LAYAWAYS - Layaways are available with 25% down and three additional monthly payments of 25%. If you need alternate arrangements, please email me and I am certain we can work out something that will suit your needs.
PACKAGING - Those fussy old interior designers are notorious for their nit-picking detail and this is no exception! Each piece of jewelry (even in a multiple shipment) will be packaged in an appropriate gift box that is beribboned and ready to give. If the jewelry is for you. . .well, then you must have earned a little gift package for yourself!
SHIPPING (U.S.A) - Upon receipt of your payment from Paypal, I will do my very best to ship out your items within 24 hours. Your shipping charges are gratuitous and I usually ship by USPS with insurance and tracking. On occasion and depending on my schedule, I may opt for UPS shipments. Any additional expenses will be paid by Karen Sugarman Designs. If you need a shipment sent overnight or priority, please advise before completing your Paypal payment and I will advise you of the surcharge and try to accommodate your needs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - I would be delighted to ship your jewelry internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated for each individual circumstance and I will send you notification of the shipping charges. Please bear with me in this matter as it is something rather new to me. . .I will eventually figure an easier method.
RETURN POLICY - Your enjoyment of your new jewelry is of great importance to me. If you have any issues or concerns, please notify me. If something needs adjustment (too long/short, etc.) I will be happy to provide this service without charge. Jewelry can be returned for full refund within 5 days of receipt and within 30 days for in-store credit.
