Regal Russian Necklace This gorgeous necklace is reminiscent of another time when Czarinas lived a life of luxury and privilege. This necklace is comprised of cherry quartz, citrine nuggets and pearls surrounding a most uniquely detailed brooch that has been converted to a pendant. The brooch/pendant was handpainted and signed in Russia (it is so tiny you will need a magnifying glass. . .or at least I did). A truly magnificent work of wearable art. Vermeil toggle clasp.
