Hellebores Necklace (Flora Collection) - Freshwater Pearls, Prasiolite, Kyanite and Quartz with Green Tourmaline Crystal Pendant One of the earliest blooming flowers in the garden is an obscure flower know as Hellebore. You will often find the little flowering heads as early as February in the garden with a very showy display around Lent. It comes in a variety of colors, but one of the most unusual is the chartreuse green colored blooms. With a fashion forecast of green for Fall/Winter 2010 - the hellebore chartreuse green flower was my inspiration for this newest addition to the Flora Collection. A cacophony of different greens represents the colors found in the early blooming Hellebore flowers. A mix of dyed cultured freshwater pearls in baroque, buttons, egg shapes and petal pearls is combined with glittering daggers of green kyanite, faceted prasiolite onions (or kisses) and milky white quartz in both polished and matt finishes. A wonder of nature completes the focal point of this beautiful necklace with a gold chased quartz pendant embedded with a stunning green tourmaline crystal. 21” long with 24K gold vermeil toggle clasp and prasiolite charm accents.
