Bonbon Earring Collection – Swarovski Pearls and Assorted Gemstones The design for these Bonbon Earrings came about when I was trying to create something to donate for gift bags for the IFDA Tableau – Designing, Dining & Gaming fundraising event for Ryan House here in Phoenix. Ryan House is a pediatric respite & palliative care facility for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. The first of its kind in the southwest – it is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2010. This is my third year to be involved in the organizing of this festive and fun design competition and the second year that the proceeds from the event will go to Ryan House. Designers create “fantasy dining tables” which guests vote on for awards, dine at the magnificent table creations and are then transported for a few hours to Monte Carlo for chances to win fabulous prizes while trying to win the favor of Lady Luck. An elegant and fun evening while simultaneously helping a great cause. Assorted colors of Swarovski pearls are topped off with little crowns of assorted gemstone rondelles. They are available in either 24K gold vermeil (shown in photos) or sterling silver. You get to choose the color of pearl, the gemstone and sterling silver or 24k gold vermeil ear wires. They would make a fabulous and thoughtful gift for the holidays – great for stocking stuffers too!
