Pussywillows (Flora Collection) - Freshwater Cultured and Swarovski Pearls Necklace
I was recently asked by a lovely Los Angeles bride-to-be for a botanical necklace for her woodlands wedding. The result of our collaboration of style and her colors (frappuccino and blue gray white) resulted in this lovely organic botanical necklace. It reminded me of pussywillows that I used to pick from the wooded areas around my home in Massachusetts in the spring - hence the name. This beautiful profusion of woodrose, mocha, gray and ice blue pearls are delicately poised on twisted little branches of Argentium silver wire (non-tarnishing). A charming little “S” hook allows the wearer to adjust the length from 16” to 18” where a dainty pearl bud at the end of the chain provides an encore as her bridesmaids walk down the aisle. This necklace style can be easily adapted to any color combination of pearls and/or gemstones and makes a stunning but delicate statement as it rests on the collarbone. The perfect accent for strapless wedding and bridesmaids dresses that are currently so popular. Brides ordering multiple necklaces for their wedding party will enjoy a courtesy discount. Please be certain to contact me for further information.
